![]() HP Product Research Manager 10.51.0 6/4/22 I am at a loss to know if HP needs to update the printer driver or the Mac scanning software or both, or maybe the HP Support site has what I need but I can't find it. Installed HP EasyStart v2.13.0 searching for software…none found I can now scan from the printer and drop PDF and JPG pages to network computers, but now the pages are blank again and this time doing the printer "hard restart" and the remove printer - add printer on the Macs does not remedy the blank page problem. The following steps resolved the iissue at first: printer hard reset and removed printer, added printer then I was able to scan from the computer using software and not get blank pages īut I could no longer scan from the printer control panel because the Scan-to-Computer function could not find any computers on the network.Īfter reinstalling and using HP Utility and HP Easy Scan (this time with BT enabled on the Mac) the Scan-to-Computer function found the computers on the network.
